Key Requirements

• LLB degree with 3–5 years’ post-admission experience
• Proven experience in family law within a legal practice
• Strong legal research and investigative skills
• Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents
• Demonstrated experience in litigation, negotiations, and mediations
• Solid track record of managing matters independently
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
• In-depth understanding of relevant laws and regulatory frameworks

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and internal stakeholders
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy and decision-making
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations
• Monitor and interpret legal developments and advise on their impact
• Conduct legal risk assessments and ensure compliance
• Mentor and support junior legal staff
• Manage legal records and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm on various matters
• Engage in ongoing professional development

Remuneration: Market-related, negotiable based on experience
